Travel insurance

Hi everyone. I am going to spain on holiday in july just one week and finding it impossible to find insurance for me and my son for under £40. I have retinopathy and use a pump. Any advice ppl?? Ive never had any trouble like this before. All comments appreciated.

I paid £52 for Africa for a few weeks with bupa it may be a case of looking around some banks with their accounts do travel insurance for free.
 
I pay £13 a month for my bank account. With that I get mobile insurance, breakdown cover AND travel insurance across the world (excluding sports ie not skiing etc). It covers my diabetes which I was surprised but pleased about
