Travel letter

I had a letter from my diabetes nurse that I could show to any authorities when travelling abroad. Sadly my laptop died and now I can’t find the letter. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I could find one? Thanks.
 
Hello @SalRead,
If you saved it in the Cloud then you should be able to retrieve it using a different laptop or smartphone.
Maybe if you take your laptop to an IT shop and ask them if they can troubleshoot then the techs might be able to get hold of it for you, assuming you have all the relevant passwords.
Failing that then maybe get in touch with the diabetes nurse who issued it and asking whether they have a copy, and if not whether they’d issue another one.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have managed to find the letter and have created a new file and folder so I can find it again. Happy Days!
