Traveling with Tresiba

with a 5-hour time difference, I just started taking a tresiba injection at local time and didn't notice the difference, with an hour difference, I gave the injection as I was used to, because it was easier for me not to adjust the daily routine to local time

I’ll be staying for 10 days so I have to adjust to the local time.
The relevant question is "what is the time difference?

As explained, Tresiba is pretty forgiving and you can just adjust straight to the local time zone if it is about 5 hours different but, if you are travelling to, for example, Australia from the UK (or vis a versa), you will need to make more adjustments.

Totally forgot to reply. Time difference is +8.
Recently my bs start to drop so I also lowered the tresiba 2 IU.
Placed a Libre 2 sensor.
Leaving in a few hrs. and decided to take the new dose in the evening of arrival.
