Travelling away for 85 days

Hi all. I take insulin and various medications. At the moment I inject once a day but know I will need lots of paraphernalia for travelling. Has anyone got advice re storing insulin. I have the frio bags and will take them but any other suggestions gratefully received. I will be flying and will have to contend with different time zones too.
Think I need a case just for meds!!

I can't advise about insulin but I travel with a mobility scooter and 12/13 different meds. The only concern for me is countries that won't allow me to take in codeine/opioids.

Luckily meds aren't included in the 100ml liquid limits and they should allow an extra cabin bag.
I found I need to set alarms on my phone when away to cope with taking pills, etc. on time.
