Hi I’m going to Australia I take lantus in the morning with the time difference any idea when I should take it and should I still take the same amount thanks
Time difference was 12 hours, so just took it in the morning instead!
I do not think Queensland will be subscribing to daylight saving any time soon, so that will stay 10 hours in front. For the moment at least Tipetoo
Depending on where you are going in Australia, as we have three time zones.
AEST which is 10 hours in front of the UK.
ACST which is 9½ hours in front of the UK.
AWST which is 8 hours in front of the UK.

It is a "more or less" and wouldnt need any adjustment really for your basal jab
