Travelling to Australia

Hi, I'm planning in going to australia for a month at xmas which is the warmest time of the year, I'm not planning in booking accommodation as I'm planning in staying in hostels and moving around, what's the best way to store a months suppy of insulin in the hot weather abroad, or is there a way I can pick insulin up in different chemists as I move around which would be safer and easier, does any1 know?

I'm not sure if you can collect your prescriptions from a pharmacy in Australia, I'm sure someone will be along who knows. A month isn't too long and insulin can stay out of the fridge for around a month. As you say however it is quite hot there at that time of year so would be a good idea to use something like the Frio packs to keep your spare insulin and pens cool. I have used the Frio packs in Spain and they work very well to keep the insulin cool.
