Several months ago I changed to Treshiba (from Levimir) and take an evening dose of 30units. Quite often I wake with my low bloods 3-4 mmol which suggests I may need to reduce, however, during the day my bloods are slightly higher and I feel the need to over compensate with my Novo rapid (especially at lunchtime). I have carb counted for many years so trust in my ratios - it appears that it works very well throughout the night, however its not as effective the next day - any advice is gratefully received
