Have my tresiba daily injection @ 10pm.on the freestlye libre.can see that my sugars tend to stay around the 14 mark then seem to drop from around the 5am mark so waking up with normal sugars but high throughout the night.tried increasing mt doae same issues.

Lantus-sugars were lower in night but terrible hypos.

Any advice guys ??
 
Like you I also find it peaks after 8-10 hours. If taken at night I would awake within target but blood level would increase from lunchtime onwards the next day! I changed to take in the morning - this way it’s great through day but my blood levels would raise during the night - neither of which is ideal so I now split my dose which works much better for me.
