Toujeo never seemed to work for me, my blood sugars were up and down and I would always be taking correction doses to get them down. I was on between 38-40 units of Toujeo taken in the morning. I started Tresiba about 2 weeks ago, taken in the morning and I’ve never had so many hypos since being diagnosed. Initially started on 38 units, but noticed quickly it was too high. Over the course of the two weeks I have lowered it to 32 units but it still feels too high.I always seem to have a hypo early morning, as low as finger prick 3.3. But then it’s level through the day, then it seems to peak around 6pm where I drop back to low 4s.Should I gradually keep lowering my dose every 3 days to see if it stops the hypos?</blockquote>
