trouble injecting

Hi ,
I am a type 2 since 2001 and recently gone on to Humalog Mix25 injections morning and evening + my 2 metformin twice a day.
I do have lots of other medications including Warfarin.
Problem is each time I inject into my legs I am bruising very bad and they are getting sore.
I have had 2 needles that have bent whilst injecting.I dont have any problems when injecting into my tummy . Is there anything that can be done about this

Thanks for the ref ,have had a good read.
I do use a new needle each time so maybe a shorter needle would suite me better .
I will ask at my primary care next week if this can be done.
