Trulicity- Side Effects?

I'm meant to be starting Trulicity this weekend, but I was wondering if yo ahem used it, what side effects you noticed and how quickly they occurred? I am taking part in a 5km run on Sunday and would like to avoid any issues half way round. Thanks
