Hi. I have recently been put on these injections and after 3 am having rather unpleasant reactions, nausea, sulphur belches and complete lack lustre.
I would like to try to come off them and reduce my blood sugar readings by using the LCHF diet and metformin alone.
Has anyone who has been as high as 19 in the mornings been able to do this?
I am feeling so tired with these injections too. I just want to regain some energy and some control over my own body ☹️

I tried the injection, Victosa, and another whos name escapes me, and found they were really bad for me, yes they brought my blood gulcose readong down, but i felt so ill. I came up in red itchy welts at the injection site , had a bad taste n my mouth and looked like I had been in a fight ( at the onjection site swellings. Welts bruises. I came off them. And feel much better. I started movng more and trying to keep busy, this helps keep my BG down. I try to be cateful what I eat, but am not perfect at that. Hope this helps.
