Trulicity gave me a very hard time first couple of months !!
Indigestion, Diareah, Headache.
These have now gone. How you say ?
My Indian friend who owns a Restaurant heard how ill I had become.
He made me Chai Tea.
Consisting of :
Cardomon tea
Ginger
Cinnamon .
I now boil all ingredients , let it stand a couple of minutes, add a dash of milk.
Since drinking this daily all horrible symptoms gone. Yay
I have also changed having my main meal lunchtime instead of evening.
Feel so much better. Try it. It works !!!
