I've done quite a bit of reading on this but I'm just still not clear, so looming for some other opinions! Does granulated Truvia count if you're counting carbs or is it a non-digestible?

At the moment I'm counting each sachet I use as 1g in my daily totals (I really don't use much but am really curious).

Hi Susie,

A sachet of Truvia contains erithrytol as its sweetening agent and 1 sachet equates to 3g of carbohydtrate, but it is a non-digestible carb (like fibre) so you don't need to allow for it if carb counting.

As Dennis said, only count the carbs that will raise your sugar levels.
