Absolutely delicious , same carbs as plain almonds or blanched almonds. I've had a terrible crisp craving lately ( haven't had a bag since diagnosis 3.5 years ago) and these really hit the spot.

Will have a look for these...they do a smoked almond at Sainsburys here ...9.7g carb per 100g ( 4.1g per half packet)...makes them ideal for snacking Thank you for the link and suggestion
