Just made pancakes made with just two ingredients! A ripe banana and 2 eggs!! They're absolutely delicious! Topped with mixed berries and chia seeds

 
Looks good but for me a definite no no the banana would put up my BGS far too high

No bananas for me either, I'm t2.
 
If you eat banana's whilst still green they contain mostly potassium,it's only when they ripen to yellow that we cannot eat them as too sugary.

Sorry, but potassium doesn't turn into sugar.
I agree that green bananas are less sweet than very ripe ones, but even green bananas have too many carbs for my body.
