Following on from all the discussions on the forum, I have kinda been following the low carb option for the past 6 days, still had a few potatoes and some rice ( not every day though) , but cut down on everything else so far, stopped drinking fizzy drinks ( had a few at weekend), weighed today and lost a staggering 8lbs!!! I'm so chuffed, cant remember last time i lost that much weight!!! :crazy: Just want to thank all the wonderful members here for pointing me in the right direction, learnt so much valuable information, without folling the standard NHS guidelines (which i still cant fathom out)...
Still a long way to go, but feel so much better knowing I'm doing something right...
