Type 2 Trying to understand this test result

Good afternoon I have just come across this test result tucked away in my folder,it looks like a result for 2012 and 2013 plus my initial diagnosis in October 2016 and my first assessment in January this year,just trying to see if I was diabetic in those first years.

Your June 13 fasting glucose was high end normal and should have raised concerns. That said, my doctor didn't flag my 6.7 fasting just ordered an a1c which was 38 (5.6)

I was just told don't worry you're not diabetic afterwards.
