now and again I treat myself to a couple of slices of toast with tuna spread on it. Just wondering if it's best to get the tuna in brine or water or whatever - or does it not matter?
 
DeafDiabetic - I dont think that you need worry about the tuna, whatever your prefer. Tuna wont raise your blood sugar levels, but the bread might, depending on how well behaved your pancreas is.
Oh! Watch out for cats, mine would jump up your trouser leg, its addicted to tuna :D
