Definitely agree with you there, but don't buy, I got a cat from the Cats Protection League, such a character and the boss, loved him so much<3
Hi sanguine would love to hear that other story one day when you have time about the six cats .......xAgreed, sorry should have said 'acquire'! We've never bought a cat, they've all been moggies rescued in one way or another - six at once brought back from South America on one occasion, but that's another story ...
Yes, very good! Also noted the comment about the anti-stress hormones released when stroking a cat and the alleged 30% reduction in risk of heart disease in cat owners. Simple message then, bu**er the statins/BP drugs and buy a cat!
This thread is doing me no good at all Kat! Our telly is utter and complete rubbish, the only good programmes are the dramas and stuff from the UK and we don't get a lot of that either! We are watching Broadchurch right now which is excellent if a bit harrowing and if anyone tells me who did it I will stop reading this forum!I like Mr Selfridge and The Paradise, don't watch Coro or the medical ones or soaps but Mr Whichell was on a bit ago and that was wonderful.
Ah well, I have no doubt we will survive without decent telly but it's a very sad situation
Well I would of liked to , but my husband has just remembered that he has forgotten to record it ....the whole series.....:/Kat, are you watching the other drama on the BBC called From There to Hear, it's the final episode tomorrow night and it's as good as Happy Valley.....well nearly.
Snap, I to love paradise and mr selfridge, and as for downton abbey , it,s ( lady Kat ) lolThis thread is doing me no good at all Kat! We put ticks by everything we want to want record etc every week , for some reason we overlooked this one ....
Love all these thriller drama tv programmes .....thanks for asking .. Can't wait for you to see the last part of happy valley x
Thanks for that NH but we don't much like football...(waits for a storm of "YOU WHAT?!!) But Wimbledon is coming up and we get good coverage of that. In fact, we have a Wimbledon fortnight here at home, we record the matches through the night and watch it during the day and on finals day we have a bottle of bubbly too! How daft is that? Can't have strawberries though, Winter here and none around.

YOU WHAT!!!??? it's the World Cup .lol I do like watching it, even though TV football definitely isn't the same as a live match( I've been to Chelsea and Southampton many years ago) but soaking up the atmosphere at a live World cup game, wow, I wish I could go if only just the once, and I'm a female.
