Hi everyone,
It has been 2 months since I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and am still getting use to my new friend and the changes it has made to my life. This forum has been super helpful and really helped me to understand how other feel plus deal with it on a daily basis – thankyou
. I have an in depth understanding of diabetes being a biochemist and spent a number of years researching compliance to injectable medicines using insulin as one of my reference models. I live in Switzerland and am super grateful to the healthcare system here which has really helped me get to grips with the treatment quickly. I look forward to actively participating in the forum and helping others where I can.
