Think we all know plenty.
I know of one who thinks she is being kind buying me diabetic chocolate and sweets. No matter that I didn't like or eat chocolate or sweets before I was diagnosed, or that I explained that the stuff gives people diarrhoea. She just thinks it will be good for me and cure my diabetes!

Maybe I should give her a sudden pain in the jaw to stuff her diabetic toffees in.
