I have recently been diagnosed as type 1 and would like to know if anyone on here who is into weight training etc has used or knows about steroid use while being diabetic, I have used before but not since being diagnosed.
I've heard people being prescribed steroids for medical conditions. They tend to complain about them sending their blood sugars higher and having to take a lot more insulin to deal with it.
For weights? I wouldn't. Higher sugars will make you feel like s@@te and affect your training.
