That's fab news birchy, glad to hear it's settled down, I found it really unnerving the episode of 'did I or didn't I' as its a sit and watch game then. At least when you start using the pen it will take away that worry. Taking basal is an auto pilot action so it's good to use one of these or at least write it down in a diary

Must admit i have forgotten to take my bolus on a number of occasions but luckily being on a pump its easy to check whether you have or not.

We already have that in England, it's called patient access. Blogged about it earlier in the year, can access all my medical history, test results, immunisations, book appointments and do repeat scripts, all from my phone 24/7
