Hi y’all, any news about Vertex T1 cure? Which year we could expect the cure is it really in 2025?
 
I’ve been hearing about cures for T1 for as long as I’ve had diabetes(1980) , treatment and technology has advanced greatly but I wouldn’t bet anything I’m willing to lose on a cure in the very near future , I’m happy with the advances so far and now living with T 1 is now normal for me

Only one patient has has had a positive result? I’ve heard about a lot of different “cures”:in my time. (Since 1976.) Where are you hearing 2025?

The “carrot & stick” is normally “10 years time.”
