I suppose compared to some my carb intake maybe quite high but its my diet.
My breakfast is normally a 90 grams of carbs of oats, sultannas walnuts and milk, very filling and agood start to the day for me. All my other meals tend to be 60 grams of carbs.
Sounds to me as your doing fine.
There are loads of diets around these days diabetic or other. Just eat what suits you not others and as a diabetic yiu already know what foods you shoukd eat in moderation.
