Yes, only might have to inject for protein if you are on a low carb diet. On a low carb diet some of the protein you eat can be converted to glucose (sugar ).protein has no sugar so you don't have to inject insulin for stuff like meat unless it's covered in batter or something like that, for me personally it doesn't matter what I eat, I have to eat the daily required calories, despite never being able to reach the 2500 calorie mark without throwing up
