Type 1 pregnancy planning

Hi everyone, I am after a bit of advice. I am planning on starting a family in the next couple of years, however I have been to the clinic yesterday and my hba1c is 9.2/77 which is so much better than previous ones! If you are pregnant or a mother, what was your hba1c when you fell pregnant? And any ideas anyone how long it will take me to get down to 6.5 as advised? Thanks xxx
