You will get a lot of different views on this - and I guess that they are all valid - depending on perspective.
My view is that my parents have been taking supplements for about 40 years.
They have also taken care to eat a non-processed varied diet.
They look FAR better and healthier than most of their contemporaries. Glowing skin, bright eyes, shining hair. None of that papery crepey thin skin and dull eyes that you sometimes see on the older generation. If you met them in the street you would probably assume they were in their late 60s, not their mid 80s.
They have had their share of health issues - hip replacements, and my father has T2, but their overall health is excellent, and I am sure that the supplements have contributed to that.
