The upcoming adoption would also add to your stress and cortisol the lovely hormone that it is causes insulin resistance ergo more insulin needed during stressful periods. Really hope the bullying at work is sorted out sooner rather than later as I can just imagine what a horrible situation that must be to be in.</p></blockquote><p></p>
