Type 2 and libre scripts

Anyone in gloucester area type 2 been prescribed libre 2 yet please
 
The guidelines of Nice has now been rectified. T2D on insulin are now under NHS guidelines entitled to a FSL prescription.

Sorry, showing my ignorance. What is a FSL?
 
The Diabetes Hospital clinic told me this week there are still no plans for T2 on Insulin, like me (Humulin M3 x2 daily) but test 4x daily to be have the Libre 2 on prescription.
They said I would have to extremely unstable leading to testing 8 times a day.
I think I would benefit from it but can't afford to self fund.
Would be interested to see those new guidelines.
 
Have asked gp via nurse for this as I dont feel nightime hypos but nurse says type 2 dont get them so not hopeful

The guidelines are relatively new (April).
