I'm sorry....yet again you misunderstand the Law. If I stopped you on a road driving and found the Insurers had voided your Insurance you would be prosecuted for No Insurance and also would run the risk of having your vehicle impounded and even crushed. You would be able to claim mitigation that you were under a misapprehension that you were insured. It is not a defence to the actual offence.

I was a Traffic Cop for nearly 20 of my 28 yrs service, I taught Road Traffic Law to Officers and I am qualified in various aspects of Civil Law, which included Contract Law as well. I have done my best by giving you the benefit of my own experience and qualifications to stop you making a mistake here......what do I know ..........

it's the treatment NOT the condition which is the real issue.
I have informed my insurers many years ago.

That's just it Patch.....it makes no difference. Medication or not. I know many unmedicated Type 2's who have had hypo's. There are many causes for this.

Google Hypoglycaemia in Non Diabetic's. Anybody can hypo, we have had some discussion about this before. Not everybody believes the medical evidence however........

I'm unmedicated and I've had several hypo's. Usually after not much food and too much exercise.

The difference is of course that a 'liver dump' usually brings it back up but at the time I would not have been safe behind the wheel of a car !
