Type 2 and prick tests

does people with type 2 diabetes need to blood pick test or not I just would like to if they do need to do have to blood pick test if I need to do that I do not like looking at blood as it makes me feel Queasier, what will happen if I can not do it?

If you don't test your blood sugars, I'm afraid you won't know what your blood sugars are.

It's entirely up to you whether or not you test, but if you don't , then you won't get important information about your glucose levels that will help you manage your diabetes.

You might like to look at the Freestyle Libre (see: http://www.freestylelibre.co.uk/), which is expensive to use on a regular basis as you'd need to pay for it yourself, but you'd never need to see any blood.
