Type 2, Back to Normal

For the last few years I am taking Metamorphin 1000-1000, Fasting was 110-125, After Food 120-140.
But last week in a business Trip my food control didnt work out as always and now things are bit out of control. Now fasting in 140-160, and after good 150-180.

can someone guide on how I make things back like before ?
 
get back to eating the way you were before the business trip. When things go pete tong.... just get back on the horse..:)
