Type 2 but would benefit from a pump

My latest Hb1ac was 105 despite using lantus and carb counting, I have many other health issues that impact on my diabetes management, can anybody help so that I could make a case for individual funding as I do not fit into the NICE criteria. Has anybody gone through what im going through? Any success stories?

105 is dangerously high.

Is Lantus your only insulin or are you bolusing as well?

One of the members Phil has type 2 diabetes and uses a pump. It's your consultant that needs to apply for funding though.
