awhile ago i had a blip, where i ate anything and everything
the past 3 weeks, i have been very good and my levels are between 8 and 12
whereas before the blip, was getting pre meal readings of around 5.6
Why won't they go down?

Difficult to tell without knowing what "being good" means in terms of the food you are eating.

Has your weight changed?
Just adding some extra visceral fat can make your numbers worse.

Keep at it Ally, how are you feeling in your self now. It's been a very stressful time for you, and as you know stress will keep sugars high

i am feeling ok thank you
its just so annoying

Hola ally

I too deviate from the straight and narrow. But you've answered your own question. Have a look at sks posts on the fasting numbers and you'll see that those with 'tight' figures that we strive for are the consistent ones.

Oh for a bit of consistency!

Hang on in there.
