Hi All,
Not sure if this is linked to being type 2 but I rarely do normal stools anymore. Not sure whether this is down to low carb diet, lots of vegetables and meat. I can’t really recall how long it’s gone on for. I’m also sneezing as though I’m allergic to something. Presume that’s unrelated.
I’m not on any pills and am trying to control my diabetes through diet. I'm feeling more energetic since I’ve cut out more carbs (avoiding fruit and juice) and am metering regularly.
tried googling it and there was some mention of this but seemed to relate to prescription medication side affects.
