@muzza3 I followed the 8 week diet (picked up from michael moseley's book). I lost 33lbs down from 15st 7lbs, 6ft 1in tall - so I wasn't obese to start with.
My question: My random blood readings are in the normal range, my fasting readings are between 5.5 and 6.7. And if I have a carb blowout the next morning could be as high as 7. So my readings dropped but the type 2 hasn't reversed. The question is what to do next? I've actually started more exercise and committed to losing another stone in weight which will put me at near the weight I was as a competitive club level runner (very very lean). Is this good enough to know my pancreas and liver are clear of fat?
