I had a review with my diabetic nurse yesterday I usually run around 63 and my last count was 85, I'm on metformin twice a day this last year has been horrendous for me I lost my speech due to a neuro episode but I'm now on the mend had other health issues so this last 18 months haven't been great for me at all, I feel really down atm and I think this last year is just starting to catch up with me. Met with my nurse and basically was told its Upto to me if I want to increase my dose of metformin I feel so let down as she was the nurse and expert but yet she's left it to me. I was trying to explain how this last years been and how tired I'm feeling all the time and asked would the does increase help me but she gave me no guidance at all so I'm at a loss what to do. Can you help should I increase the dose or not? What is the implications if I do or don't feeling a bit lost right now
