I am lactose intolerant and would like to try the Newcastle diet. All the Meal replacement shakes I have looked at seem to be milk based. Does anyone else have this problem or even better, a solution? Thanks, Joansheng
If you have a look in the low calorie diet forum you'll see that @Borzoi is doing it with real food as opposed to shakes. There have been a few threads on the Newcastle so if you do a search you might find some tips.
