ElectroMotive Force or Eat More Fat. </p><p></p><p>If you are wary of increasing animal fats, try nuts particularly ground almonds or coconut - with your cereal, added to yoghurt, eaten as a snack. They are unlikely to raise your BG above your present levels, and as you've seen from my tests, are more sustaining, with a low spike of around 7-8, and a sustained reading around 5 for several hours. </p><p></p><p>You do not know when your tendency to low BG will be inconvenient or serious.
