Type 2: High morning BS then low later

Does anyone else have the same results as I do - high fasting blood sugaring the morning, but a couple of hours after breakfast, and a little exercise with the dog, it comes down to a very acceptable level?
And then, if I take an Ibuprofen 200mg tablet in the night (because of an ache in my leg) my fasting blood sugar is low.
Should we therefore take 200mg of Ibuprofen every night? Which does more harm - Ibuprofen or nigh blood sugar?
I would love to know if anyone else has these experiences, and can answer the questions.

I'm battling to get my figures back under control with strict low carbing but ,before this severe spike occurred, I also had issues with the morning reading. It eventually became more in line with my normal readings during the day but it took months for that to happen. I had about 9 months of readings of 7.5 to 8.5 in the mornings. The day I woke up to 5.8 I was overjoyed (and will be again when I get back to it!)
As the information suggests I was also susceptible to what I ate at night so I avoid carbs after 7pm (other than a treat of 1 Lotus coffee biscuit if my carbs permit - only 6g of carbs).
