Congratulations, well done and give yourself a big pat on the back Leanne lea  I did exactly the same thing, 3 1/2 years ago. I just stopped, but found the first couple of days very difficult, so I went to see my GP and he put me in touch with Quit Smoking, the lady was a great help and I still haven't touched a ciggarette  It's just pure willpower, determination and getting the right support can be so beneficial. I wish I had quit years ago. Smoking causes so many health problems, it stops oxygen getting into your body, affecting many vital organs. Good luck, it's one of the best things I have ever done. I wish you good health and more money in your purse too :D Best wishes RRB I
