I've just been to see my specialist I am type 2 diagnosed for about a year
Managed to get my sugar levels down below a diabetic scale so no drugs
Had to change the way I eat and see food but it worked so very pleased
Still have high cholesterol but that's genetic so may have to take statins !
Decisions ! But treated myself to a cake !

How high is your cholesterol if you don't mind me asking?
 
Hi not sure what the cholesterol is ! But my specialist said its what I've been given / by my family but I am eating good fat
I try to avoid as much carb and sugar as I can
I find now I can't really eat much either my appetite has changed by my cholesterol level didn't go down with my sugar
Maybe he said 7 !!
Need to decide on statins !!
