I have had type 2 diabetes for a number of years and trying the eight week BSD by doctor Michel Mosley, I lost 7lbs in the first week but yesterday I had chest pains and a bit jaundiced, any comments on cause or cure
 
For chest pains and jaundice, go and see your doctor as soon as possible.

Hopefully you consulted your health care team before starting the diet.
