Well I'm so pleased Iv worked hard the past 3 months since being diagnosed and lost 2/1/2 stone my hbc1 has gone from 120 to 41 my cholesterol is still up but has gone from 5.8-5.7 not a big difference but an improvement just the same. I can't say it's been easy and I have had the occasional off day but a big improvement just the same. Thank you to everyone for their advice in the beginning it's been a huge help x

Well done. You should be very pleased with yourself.
Now on Gliclazide and blood sugar levels are high. Being very strict on diet but looks like I will have to go back on to Metformin, (bad reaction) but at least bs under control.
