Are you on any medication?

What was your latest HBA1c?

Have you had any help with regard to an eating plan?

Do you have any other health problems?

How long have you been diagnosed?

If this sounds a bit nosey then I am sorry but they are all questions that might hold a clue as to how you are feeling.

As Jack & Catherine have both pretty much said, more info required really. Those symptoms on their own could relate to 100's of things. In short, yes, could be related, also could be something totally different. Either post more info here or go see your doc. Good luck
