Good Morning! 5.2 at 0530 today.
I couldn't get an internet connection yesterday as wifi is a bit intermittent here but my fbg was 5.2 yesterday too.

5am, 5.7 again ...! Numbers ok despite fat I have bad cold. Been sticking to around 30g of carbs a day - feel much better for it.

Snap and @Angelofthemarches . very happy with that, 45 grms carbs yesterday, and home again after visiting mother in law in hospital down south.
