Morning All

4.9 for me this morning - lowest I've seen for a while.

Just got back from my "non-urgent" Docs appointment where I was told my cholesterol figures too.

Seems total is only 3.4 and half of that is the good stuff!

Not quite what I was expecting from the LCHF regime....

Morning! my BG is 6.5mmol/L on waking up. I've been off the glyburide 2 days now as per M.D. and pharmacist. I had a mug of bean n bacon soup before retiring last night.

11.9 before breakfast, 12.6 2 hours after breakfast and meds... I only had Greek yoghurt and half a small banana....

really tough getting to grips with it all... Then was 14.5 before lunch and had nothing in between...

6.1 this morning but just a few minutes ago 4.4 and boy did I feel awful, the sweats the shakes, the worst I've felt for a while

Had a bit of a shock when I read 5.8 then retested and it was 5.0 so guess which reading I'm declaring!!

Hi @oldsurveyor. Your 101 converts to 5.6mmols. Great FBG. This link to one of the DCUK forum information pages should help you.

There's a red convention box where you can enter your FBG & it automatically calculates the mg number to mmols.
