Haven't posted here for a while! The readings have been far better in the last couple of weeks with the odd exception. 4.5 today and it's such a lovely sunny day here in London too!

Go for it!! I had a fair sized slice of chocolate cake with an angel curl biscuit and a dollop of cream with it Surprisingly the fasting reading the following day was 5.0! However I did walk eight miles that day! lol

couldn´t sleep untill 5 o´clock so late on parade today...
yesterday ate 2333 calories of which 167 gr carbs and 154 gr proteins
